When the treatment of psychological disorders is proceeded, you will go through three phases in order. It can be said that psychological disorders have been completely cured when all the three phases are successfully proceeded. Otherwise, psychological disorders may recur or repeat making you keep experiencing psychological pain and suffering in a vicious cycle.

Completing all the three phases takes time and effort, so some people give up during the process and go back to stay in psychological disorders incurring their own misfortune.   It is recommended that you focus only on your treatment until you are diagnosed as having fully recovered and achieved happiness ability instead of comfortably going back to the past or hurriedly jumping into the future. 


1. Restore the sense of self-respect


When psychological disorders occur, people tend to become too self-centered or too other-centered with respect to thought standards, and in both cases, the person is considered to have lost the sense of self-respect and lost the balance in thought standards. Restoring the sense of self-respect is the first step in the treatment of psychology that should be prioritized in the initial phase of treatment. You also need to restore the balance between self-respect and self-confidence. Many people including even psychology experts think that they have restored self-respect when they actually have overly reinforced self-confidence, such as starting from depression and arriving at addiction. You need to restore the sense of self-respect in a healthy way to become happy in any true sense.
